REPLY TO THE EMAIL SENT OUT TODAY (18/12/2010)
Hi to the President and Committee of Mi-Sol Park.
Regarding the Minutes dated 8th December2010 and 15th December 2010.
I have a few questions I would like answered.
1. There weren't any attachments published with the minutes.
Answer from committee
1. The attachments are published under official letters and replies
They weren't there when I had a look!!!!
2. Although you mentioned the email that I sent to you, I notice that there have not been any amendments made to the records.
Answer from committee
2. The points mentioned regarding the minutes were read out at the latest committee meeting and a note of said addendum is in the minutes, the points mentioned can be found under official letters.
eh???
3. I cannot find any records in the 2009 AGM which states that we cancel all court cases under reconciliation.
Answer from committee
3. Unfortunately the minutes published were incorrect, and subsequently published by mistake on the English blog. When I was undertaking the translation I spotted the mistakes, and subsequently highlighted the mistakes in the Spanish published minutes. As the English minutes were already published I cannot modify them; therefore the changes will be added to the January minutes.
Please bare with us as the secretary has just started, and the digital Dictaphone didn’t copy to disk (TEHCNOLOGY!!! It is supposed to be here to help us not to hinder!
4. Instead of the added expense of using our Lawyers secretary, why not use the vice-presidents secretary at a reduced cost.
Answer from committee
4. As Pat has offered her services of undertaking the secretarial work in English, I have the ability to completing the translations of the minutes and the necessary letters that need to be undertaken in Spanish.
The conversation with the Administrator was during the time the our administration was inundated with work and before P. Ainger offered her services, again, as secretary. The services of a secretary under Pedro’s company is a good idea , and could be a reduced cost. When the current secretary doesn’t want to do the job anymore, the idea could be proposed to the committee and of course Pedro.
I meant use the vice-presidents secretary for translating certain letters into Spanish
5. What are transfer fees?
Answer from committee
5. The transfer fees are the additional costs for the bank to transfer payments via the internet to the destination account. The charges vary on the amount being transferred.
Surely this would be passed on to the person’s account
6. Juan Munoz had something to do with the transformer in 2004
Answer from committee
6. There were 3 dates mentioned at the committee meeting: 2003, 2004 and 2006. I will look through the 2004 database to try to find the payment.
.
7. I did not ask Peter If I could see the certificates (didn't even know there were any certificates) issued to members of the community regarding Credits.
I was told by Peter that he could send me a list of credits received by members. The community is entitled to know who has received credits and the reason. Initials can be used and if anyone wants more information then they can go to the Treasurer themselves. As this is part of the accounts it needs to be published.
Answer from committee
7. The list of credits mentioned, would have been printed as a certificate, I know you didn’t mention certificate but that it what it would be called. The second point is duly noted and I will bring it up at the January committee meeting.
I await your reply
Pat
I hope this answers the point raised in the email.
